NYSERDA – Assisted Home Performance (AHP)
What does the Assisted Home Performance program do?
Energy conservation and fuel/electric reduction measures- Insulate, air seal, appliance replacement with Energy Star, heating systems, and hot water tanks
- 50% subsidy given by NYSERDA,
50% contributed by client - Loan available to qualified owners
Eligibility
80% of State Median or below (see Eligibility Guidelines)- 1-4 units
