What does the RESTORE program do?
Repair/ Replace Heating Systems- Repair / Replace Hot Water Tanks
- Well Pumps
- Emergency Plumbing
- Electrical
- Chimney
- Septic
- Structural Repairs
- Refrigeration
- Monoxide Issues
Eligibility:
- Emergency — unexpected repairs, not maintenance
- 60+ years old
- Single family, homeowner, Life Use
- Income Eligible – 60% or below (see Eligibility Guidelines)
- $5,000 maximum per household/life
- Over $3,000 requires a three year deminishing lien on the property
