Since 1974, weβve provided programs and services that help individuals and families build stability and strengthen their foundations while contributing to a stronger, more resilient community. Energy Services
Energy Service's goal is to make homes more energy efficient, help reduce energy costs, and make the home a healthy and safe place to live.

Head Start is a comprehensive, child development preschool program which assists age and income eligible children and their families. Early Head Start operates two program options, center based and home based. Head Start operates a center-based program option. Further services available to the children and their families include health, disabilities, and family services.


WIC Program
WIC (Women, Infants and Children) provides healthy foods, nutrition counseling and referrals in order to ensure the best possible health, growth and development of low-income women, infants, and children.
