Paint Out Hunger with Us!With SNAP benefits delayed this month and the possibility of WIC and HEAP coming to and end, many Cortland County families are struggling to fill their cupboards โ and we believe no one in our community should go hungry.
Thatโs why Joseph Rivers Painting is hosting a community food drive to support the Cortland County Community Action Program, Inc. (CAPCO) all month long!

Canned soups, vegetables, peanut butter, pasta, cereal, baby food, and other household staples.
