!Made possible by the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), there are 1,000+ Community Action Agencies in every county across the U.S., addressing the causes & effects of poverty and allowing for vital community programs such as Head Start, Early Head Start, Weatherization, WIC, Healthy Families, Adult Education & GED programming, SNAP enrollment, breastfeeding support, Family Essentials & emergency assistance, diaper programs, transportation services, elderly in-home care, and MUCH, MUCH MORE!
These programs have proven paramount for the success of communities, including our community and the surrounding areas we serve and MUST be protected!
